  Working principle of steam safety valve

  Tension spring safety valve is divided into micro open safety valve and full open safety valve. The opening height of the micro open safety valve is 1 / 15 ~ 1 / 20 of the inner diameter of the valve seat, which is a full open safety valve. The lifting safety valve is 1 / 3 to 1 / 4, lever type, which opens and closes the valve by the force of lever and heavy hammer. When the vapor pressure is higher than the force of the heavy hammer, the valve is open, and when the vapor pressure is lower than the force of the heavy hammer, the valve is closed.
